iSensPro NV is a start-up company with the ambition to be an international leader in the field of data under insulation and Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). iSensPro delivers non-intrusive solutions to monitor the conditions in and under insulation of static equipment such as piping and tanks. These solutions make it possible for industries to switch from a manual risk-based inspection to an automated 24/7 data-based monitoring allowing a quicker and more accurate detection of anomalies, such as leakages, water ingress and Corrosion Under Insulation.
iSensPro’s solutions decrease inspection costs, and with an increase of data generate a better understanding of the condition and the behavior (ageing, corrosion) of insulation and insulated pipes and tanks as well as of the inspection and maintenance processes. We strive to become a renowned knowledge center that maps out and understands the phenomena in and under insulation of technical and industrial installations.
Function
For the further development, implementation and follow up of our sensors, inspection and monitoring-solutions, we are looking for a field and test engineer.
Tasks
- Carrying out inspections and monitoring using our technology and procedures
- Setting up test configurations for the validation of our monitoring technology and solutions for new applications or for specific conditions
- Providing support during the installation of sensors at customers' sites.
- Evaluating test and inspection results and reporting them to the customers
- Resolving technical issues, ensuring that the monitoring system and solution continue to operate reliably and to a high standard
- Defining working methods/procedures for inspection and monitoring.
Profile
- Graduate/master mechanics or electronics who likes to work hands on with HW and SW.
- Can implement measurement systems and test and inspection set ups in a practical way.
- Has theoretical insights and a practical attitude to solve problems in various environments.
- Likes to work in an international environment, is open to cooperate with different cultures and likes to travel worldwide
- Languages: Dutch and English (additional languages welcome)
- Can work independently and to a high-quality standard even under time and peer pressure without losing sight of safety measures.
- Is flexible in organizing the work in line with customer’s expectations.
- Has electronics & programming (C, NodeJS) skills

Responsibilities
- The person in this position is responsible for implementation, development and testing projects in which our solutions are used for the inspection and monitoring of insulated pipelines and tanks.
- The person will work with our commercial staff to define new projects in consultation with our customers.
- The F&T engineer is responsible for implementing these projects in the laboratory and in the field at our customers' sites worldwide.
